HAPPY NATIONAL DAY, SINGAPORE! :)
had an eventful night. went to this singaporean restuarant here which is supposedly the best in town and ate singaporean food - i had laksa. how patriotic! anyhoos, it was not too bad, yummy. but the dish that i really miss is nasi lemak. im gonna eat that when i get back home. hehe! i wonder how to celebration are this year. the first time in a new stadium right? sometimes its always good to be home.
speaking of which, a monthsary for me and J too :) hee *muack muack*
manage to contact one of my friend who jus vanished into the thin air for 2 weeks and we had lunch and dinner with a few other friends. beer and jus fun. and honestly, his new catch is a little too over possessive for my liking. haha! which because i managed to track down this insanely crazy party animal which means this friday and saturday will be a mind blowing weekend cause hes gonna be leaving beijing after this weekend already.
im making use of today (friday) to jus really chill and catch up on my sleep. im really tired and all from all the travelling and the classes. today is the first day of the week whereby i do not have any business class or anything like on site trips to do with regards to the business course :) wanna go shopping and do some sleeping :) hehe, i think it'd be an awesome day today! i might pop over to charlie's to do some baking - i can finally try what ive always wanted to bake, shepherd's pie!
my business lectures with prof gao are over and i'd be having a new lecturer on monday. its amazing the knowledge that prof gao has shared with me and i must really commend him for tryin to give his most balanced point of view so not to theorise things for us, giving us time to build on our own conclusions and understanding. hopefully the new prof's lecture will be a bigger smash! always hoping for the better! :)
aights then, i will update further. and dammit, i just realised that my internet month thingy is ending so means no more internet from 10th of this month (TODAY's the last day?!) till im back in singapore. which isnt too long actually. how time flies :) oh, how i've aged and ballooned up!
